There have been some images of these floating around that make the shoe look yellowish. So, I figure it was time to put the ones I did and give you a proper look at the shoe. The New Balance 999 x Ronnie Fieg “Steel Blue” is an interesting shoe to look at. Interesting because we’ve seen it before. Not on the NB 999 model, but the classic and iconic NB 1300CL. The idea is very simple. RF took his favorite color-way and slapped it on the the NB999 with premium suedes. You also get special lace tip that have the kith motto of ,’Just Us’ and an in-sole with the kith logo. Other than those two accents, the shoe is pretty much what fans of the 1300CL love. But, will the true fans of the 1300CL love this? Maybe, maybe not. What ever the case, you can check out my exclusive images of the cloned 1300CL. Also, stay tuned because the June 15 drop date has been changed. I’ll update this post with the info. Enjoy the images…

  1. i like the shoe but it is was so funny to me when i saw a tweet from fieg saying the “1300 cl is the greatest new balance ever”

really? is that because he truly believes so or because he doesnt know jack shit about new balance? this is same guy who thinks patent leather and pony hair on running shoes is t0t@lly hype fr3sh s1qqq x 1 mil.
